There is a $0.83 (r) charge for sewing patches using a flat hoop like on an embroidery machine! This is good for all flat stock style products such as shirts, back packs, some beanies and other items that can be flat hooped. Applying patches to hats requires hand sewing application, see below. We will match background color as close as possible when sewing on the patch. Provided patches see below.
Sewing curved product or irregular product that cannot be hooped normally requires a hand sewn application. There will be a charge of $2.25 (r) per piece to hand sew on patches. Leather always requires hand sewn application. Provided patches see below.
We can apply your patch using just Heat Seal for $0.83 (r) charge for each patch. Useful for odd shaped items, but not recommended for beanies or other very flexible products. Good holding power, but sewing will ensure that your patch stays on your product.
Hook velcro is sewn onto the back of the patch for application using velcro. Pricing is $1.67 (r) plus the sewing fee of $2.25 (r). If you need just Loop Velcro applied to your product the pricing is also $1.67 (r) for the velcro and $2.25 (r) for sewing. For designs that require more than a 4”x4” area for velcro are priced by quote.
