Our leather patches are TOP NOTCH; D&S uses only real leather for a rich and genuine feel. All leather patches are hand sewn on for durability. For some custom shapes we may need to use a heat seal backing only with no sewing. We also offer leather clips to wrap around the edge of your cap or beanie. Logo is laser engraved, half-tone images are not available, all artwork will come out as a silhouette image. Please provide vector art. Art charges are $83.33 (r) if needed.
We use only Veg-tanned real leather and oil for color. If your client would like a different look we are able to dye the leather. We dye the leather after engraving for a more even look. D&S hand applies the dye to the leather; this will create a more “craftsman” style look on every patch. No two patches will be the same. Colors available below; for custom dye please add $2.50(r) per patch.
